Live Score module

Hello, I need a module that will display 2 scores on our website. I have to be able to update the scores on the fly from my phone or tablet. The scores are for 2 teams, which i have to be able to change each match, 1 of the teams can be permanent but prefer to be able to change both. Also, it needs to have 5 buttons that I can select depending on the set being played. It's for a volleyball website. Matches are between 2 teams and go up to 5 games for each match. Similar to the attached file. This is for a school so budget is very limited.
