Joomla and Graphic Designer Ongoing Support

I require a graphic designer and experienced joomla developer to complete various tasks on an ongoing basis. You will be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator and be available from 04:30 GMT to 16:30 GMT, ideally available on weekends too. You must not have any other work commitments other than your freelancer duties. You will ideally have an understanding of coding joomla templates and PHP although this is not essential. I estimate about 10 hours per week to start but this could increase to 45 over the coming weeks. I also will be paying bonus on all website projects. You will be required to use the Freelancer time tracking software for most of the projects. You will invoice me at the end of the week. Ideally I am looking for an individual but small teams of three or less are invited to bid. Please send your portfolio with links to your work in your bid.
