Coded Template

Thanks for showing interest in project. First I'd like to be clear that reputation is an obvious advantage and with this project I'd like to continue working with the same individual for future modifications and design. Please share portfolio and previous work. The project consist of coding this template: [login to view URL] Right now it is pure CSS with html. I need it converted to either wordpress or joomla... Based on future additions I think it would be best coded in joomla, but I am willing to let someone try wordpress if they can implement all features and explain how future changes will be implemented. As you can see, this template must be fully functional in a way that: -Users can login/signup -Post youtube videos to their username and categorize them -Functional way to separate popular videos, recent videos, recommended videos on front page -Functional forums linked to main site -Many of the functions currently seen on template MUST work such as comments, blog, etc -A few more small details This site is NOT going to be for streaming videos. Instead it will be a similar idea where users can create profiles, share youtube videos, and network with other users. This is a niche specific site and will require future modifications where the coder MUST work long term with me. Additional work and compensation is promised if satisfied with results. I have a budget which is clearly seen and please keep in mind the opportunity of future work. This project requires I work long term with the coder for future changes. After this project is complete, we can discuss how to work together for future changes whether it be hourly or a additional compensation for each request. Any questions please feel free to PM.
