WordPress Customization with Design Elements and Layout

WANTED: Wordpress Programmer with an Eye for Design This is a site for a Marketing Company. I have installed wordpress on the domain and the theme I wish to use - now I need a professional to input their ideas on layout structure, and all that goes with it. I will provide content but what is needed is someone to make this an amazing site with great features (such as opt-in form). I will provide content and graphics (although you can input your own if you like and it is appropriate). If you believe you are a Wordpress Guru (know PHP, HTML, Javascripting (possibly), CSS), but had an EYE for design as well - please apply. Someone with good english skills is very important since we would need to communicate creative ideas back and forth. Examples of work a must. ## Deliverables Nitty Gritty: I like to communicate visually as much as possible to avoid miscommunications. Screenshots or even screenshots with drawing on them to illustrate points and changes are always appreciated. I am a photoshop user and have no problem sending psd's with my design ideas your way for guidance. This site has to portray a certain level of professionalism but has an edgy feel to it. I would like the potential candidate to advise on potential technologies for the site that would be beneficial. I know that most people are usually designers OR programmers, but I am definitely looking for someone that can wear both hats. If the customer is open to using basecamp/campfire or skype for communication that would be great. Timezones usually aren't an issue since I tend to work nights here in BC, Canada. Bonus points if you have a portfolio site with NO tabular layout code, animated gifs or links to family photo albums.. :) I am looking for someone that I work well with on this project to use for many future projects as this company will be offering programming gigs and who better that YOU to do it?
