(please make a list which features that you cant do) You need to be good at CakePHP or Codeignetor This is a realestate site in UK if you dont know about what is POSTCODE in UK do not bid and waste time. for this project you need to know about Web Crawler as well this will be property network website so our site will be main site and we will give Affiliate to other website owners and they will be able enter their website details and FTP details and site will be uploaded and ready for them to use for their own properties to add on their own site. but the layout and design will be ready template and we will have many color options for 3 different template so users can pick one ! some features Google MAP API "check the DRAW a SEARCH" Secure PHP framework must be used!!! and more info will be given once you been choosen LOW BID will be considered!
