need full time development team manager - $800 / month salary

I currently run a network of web properties that is experiencing rapid growth. To that end I am currently hiring full time managers to help manage development projects for the various sites in our network. I am looking for candidates with: * a good command of english * willing to work 40 hours a week minimum * have programming / development experience (LAMP, PHP - Mysql, Javascript, AJAX preferred) * have prior management experience -- preferably tech related Your duties will include: * posting jobs on freelance contracting websites * interviewing / hiring freelance programming contractors * managing the team of freelance contractors - including communicating job descriptions to them, monitoring their progress and testing their work in development environments then handing off to upper management for final approvals * project management -- ensuring projects assigned to you are completed successfully on budget and on time This job is a full time position but there will be a trial period before the full time status is granted. Candidates who are interested in this job will be interviewed via skype before they are hired. Pay scale will start at $800 USD per month with room to increase through good job performance.
