Flash CMS Template Modification #4 (posting multiple) (1512268)

We are a small non-profit organization which is using the Oxylus Universal template ([login to view URL]) to create e-learning courses/sessions which we will deliver to trainees for a small fee. The template is very complex and comprised of a variety of .swf, .as, .js, .php, etc. files. We need a reliable, experienced programmer with advanced knowledge of ActionScript (2.0 and 3.0), PHP, MySQL, etc. to make some modifications. Our project has been delayed twice because we have previously posted several modifications as a "batch" and then selected a programmer who did not follow through (this has happened to us twice). Therefore we are posting each modification individually and handling the project a little differently this time: WE WILL PAY THE FIRST PROGRAMMER WHO COMPLETES THIS MODIFICATION (SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW). If you feel you have the necessary expertise to do the modification please send us a PM (personal message) with the follow statement (exactly), "I am interested in working on this modification. Please send me the source files. I will use all files I receive exclusively for the purpose of bidding/doing the modification and then delete them." 3. We will send you instructions for how you can download the source files, MySQL databases, etc. and get a copy of the modified template (see below) working on your server. Feel free to contact us for points of clarification on the project description. 4. After reviewing the source files, if you decide to work on the modification please post your bid. 5. If we feel your bid is reasonable we will contact you to let you know or tell you a price that we would be willing to pay. 6. Once you have heard that we are willing to pay your bid price, you begin to work on the modification as quickly as possible. 7. You send us the changed source files along with a detailed description of the changes which have been made to the source files (file name, line number, change from X to Y). PLEASE DO NOT SEND PARTIALLY COMPLETED MODIFICATIONS. ONLY 100% COMPLETED MODIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED/REVIEWED. 8. We will verify that the changes have been made according to the project description. (typically within 24 hours) 9. If you are the first to complete the modification correctly we will accept your bid and then pay you the bid amount through this website's payment system. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WILL ONLY PAY THE FIRST PROGRAMMER TO COMPLETE THE MODIFICATION AND WE ARE POSTING THIS PROJECT ON SEVERAL FREELANCER WEBSITES -- SO, THE SOONER YOU CAN COMPLETE THE MODIFICATION THE BETTER.
