SIGNATURE SCRIPTING ERROR..AGAIN

I have a signature script.. someone signs and after they sign they can click continue.. the signature was working for a few months but now it doesnt anymore .. i think something is wrong with it... go here [login to view URL] user: samiebrandt (AT) [login to view URL] pass: samie128 after you sign in go here [login to view URL] at the bottom of that page you will see "* By signing below, you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions on this page." under that you should see a place for customer to sign... i dont see it.. it was there before i think im missing something or something .. i dont want you to create a new one.. i just want you to get that working. i have about 15 forms that use that script figure out whats wrong with it .. how come i dont see a place for student to sign it. If you know what you are doing you can fix this in 10 mins. First person to know how to fix this gets $5 this is very fast work. Please answer all question below to get started.. 1. Attach is the script.. please look at it.. Right under "* By signing below, you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions on this page." there should be a signature section.. Do you know what the problem is and exactly how to fix it? 2. i do not want you to make a new script.. becuase there are 10 script like that.. after they sign .. the signature gets stored in database so i do not want you to make new script i just need you to fix it.. because other script uses that file.. do you know how to fix it? 3. how long will it take you to fix it? Please answer the above question fast so i can accept you for this project.
