Basketball League Portal

We need a basketball league website. This website will have all of the functionality of [login to view URL] and/or [login to view URL] , however we will not need much of the pages such as injuries, rumors, tickets, mobile, shop, video and others. Each team in the league will have their own page (accessed by the "teams" link, such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Will obviously be database driven. You can decide on the design, however must be high quality, similar to those websites mentioned above (but on a smaller scale). Joomla could be used, CMS must be easy to use and powerful. I want a complete website from start to finish, including graphics. No upfront payments or escrows. PAYPAL only.
