Wordpress SEO Title Tag Plugin mod

I need the SEO Title Tag Plugin for Wordpress modified a bit. Here is the link: [login to view URL] First: In the backend of Wordpress, in Options > SEO Title Tag, at the bottom I need some extra features. Please see mockup image called seo-title-options-mod.jpg. Look at the red circle labeled 1. This is a section to be added before the "Update Options" submit button. I want an option "Insert keywords?" with radio button options No (default), Before Title, After Title. After that I want an option "How many keywords to insert?" with a short text field for a number. Now, see the section labeled 2. This section will go under the "Update Options" button and be unaffected by hitting that button. First, there is a button called "Add a keyword group". When this button is pressed it appends a new keyword group area at the bottom. This area includes a text field "keyword group name:" and under it a text area "keyword list". Under that a button "update" and next to it a button "delete". Pretty self explanatory. This allows the user to add as many named groups of keywords as they would like. Now look at [login to view URL] This is the bottom of the post/page editor. The normal field for SEO Title Tag will remain, but with the addition of a dropdown menu to the right of the text field. This dropdown is a list of all existing keywords groups PLUS an additional group called ALL. Now when a person saves or publishes a post, if the Title field is either empty OR has been changed in any way AND "insert keywords" is not set to No in the Options, the plugin will randomly pull X number of keywords (specified in Options) from the selected keyword group (or from ALL keyword groups if "all" was the selection), and insert these keywords either before or after the contents of the Title, again based on the Options setting. That's it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
