SEO for sites

We are looking for a REAL expert in webpositioning of sites. We don't want people with no experience, we want and need to see results "fast". We will demand to see results of past jobs in the same field. We will need to create a ring of more than 130 sites that we are finishing to make them increase one with each other. We have 2 sites that are already well placed. One site is well positioned on Internet and what we will need is to upgrade the PR and try to be better placed with some other keywords (looking to be number one in all the keywords) The other is worst placed in a hardest sector. Both are pagerank 4 and should be used to increase "fast" all the other sites that we will create. We will demand also for: 1) Website analysis 2) Keyword/Phrase analysis 3) Competitive analysis 4) KEI Competition Analysis for Keyword Phrases 6) Initial position analysis report 7) Optimized Navigational Structure 8) Homepage Optimization 9) Meta tags placement 10)Content fixing 11)Fixing the text links 12)Link Building campaign 13)submit directories and search engines So it's a real SEO work with 2 diferent objectives, one should be easier and faster than the other.
