100 PR 4 Reciprocal Linking for Medical Coding/Billing Site

I am looking for an individual or company to assist with our link building campaign. I want 100 reciprocal links to my medical coding/medical billing site. Note that the following criteria would have to be fulfilled in order for the link to be qualified: a) at least PR 4, no exceptions b) the page where my link is placed has no more than 30 outgoing links c) has to be a medical/health related page ( medical coding, health care etc) d) No affiliate only sites, no FFA , sites banned by Google and other major search engines. The links would also have to remain on the page for at least one year. e) Anchor text and description will be given when the bid is awarded f) Competition sites are allowed. g) Each link email request has to be personalized so that it’s not regarded as spamming h) Contractor has to use Arelis. i) Current link partners/Sites that already link to us are excluded from being a new link partner. j) Sites that are browed through (irrelevant, low PR etc) have to be given their respective status stated in the CSV file I reserve the right to refuse a link even if it does meet the above conditions. Note that link farms, directories , offensive sites(pornography) are strictly excluded from our link partners. This will be a long term project and I have many other sites as well which I want linking to be done. Contractor will browse through sites , give their respective statuses and then send the file to me for uploading. Afterwards, they will send the link requests out accordingly. So give me a competitive rate and I will not be paying a down payment. ## Deliverables 1) 100 working PR4+ links that are indexed by Google recorded in a csv file that is provided with this bid. 2) Agree to replace any links that drop off within 90 days. 3) Payment will be sent upon verification of spread sheet listed links. 4) Required filled out fields in the results spread sheet are URL, Link text, Link Back URL. Coders contact email address is to be also included in Notes field. Links that will not meet the above will not be payed for. All links will be approved by me, prior to payment. I will pay a fixed rate per approved link. I reserve the right to refuse a link even if it does meet the above. It is usually best to put the link on our page first then request a link from them. You are going to have to keep track of which links will need to be deleted at the end of the contract. I expect at least weekly csv file updates during the contract.
