manage my web site links

I need someone to help me get some reciprocal links to my web site. I would do it myself but I do not have any spare time. The Job: I have a web site that sells a software app. I want at least 100 other web sites to link to my web site. In other words, I provide a link to them on my links page, and they provide a link to me on their links page You must do the following…. My web site sells a software program. For example: a Pop-Up Blocker Utility. 1. Find 100 sites of a similar theme to my product. A. “similar theme?? means a site that has a list of Internet Utilities, Anti-Spam utilities, info on stopping ads or something like that. As long as it is reasonably relevant it is OK. But it can’t be something like a site that sells Shoes or Viagra. 2. Add or submit my site to their links page. A. This may be through an online form, but also may require you to send the web master an email and wait for a reply. 3. Add their site to my links page. 4. Create a report for me (.doc). This report should contain the name/main page of the site (e.g. [login to view URL]) and then the URL of the link page (e.g. [login to view URL]) where the link to my site can be found. I need this report so I can check your work. I can help you find sites to submit to. I have a list of ones already that may be good. This should minimize the time it takes for you to search for different sites. Payment: I will pay <= $.50 per link --- up to 100 links ??" so this means $50.00 Maximum. I want to pay you in 2 parts: 50% when you have linked my site to 100 sites and provide the report. We will then wait 7 days to allow time for all these sites to add my link to their pages. 50% upon verification that all these links are active. The reason for the 2 parts is because sometimes these other sites do not do what they promise. I want to make sure I am not paying you for a link that is not there. If we discover some links are not there, I will give you the opportunity to add some other sites to make 100.
