Quick Amends on a wordpress site, it's a little bit urgent!

So I had a website done, needed to change something and for the life of me can't figure out how to change anything, it's a quick amend, but I need it done quick! If you have a look at the attached pdf, you can see a menu called collections, it's much longer than that, but only that bit of it shows because the white box it's in isn't long enough. So, make the box as long as it takes, the text should all be sans-serif and make sure it looks the same on every browser.
