Upgrade jamguitar.com w/ shopping cart & more

I built [login to view URL] myself but it needs some upgrades. I was thinking using joomla with virtue cart but you can do it however you want. 1. I need to be able to update the site easily if I have another DVD to sell. Right now I am the process of making another DVD for the site. 2. The site needs two things added to the site. 1. Shopping Cart function that people are able to pay by paypal but through a shopping cart like [login to view URL] 2. It needs a traffic exchange script added to the site on the left hand side. If you go to [login to view URL] and look under friends that is what I mean. I need a traffic exchange script setup similar to [login to view URL] 3. I do like the look of the [login to view URL] site. [login to view URL] needs a face lift. All my site sells is DVDs. I also need the data from [login to view URL] where it is selling the bass dvd moved over to the [login to view URL] site. 4. If there can bea spot on the right hand side to add ads like google adsense that would be good
