Single Page, graphic redesign, html coding

Hi Everyone, I have an existing web page, and I need the features to be improved. It is: [[login to view URL] ][1] Only the content within the main content column should be re-designed. So the key re-designs elements would be... 1) Making the 'PREMIUM MARINE DIRECTORY LISTINGS' box more prominent and more attractive for people to buy. 2) Featuring the 'TOP OF SITE, BANNER ADS... part better. 3) and making the bottom of the page present better, like structuring it in a border or something. So if you can just improve the look of the content. That would be great. The html, page will be attached, you can create all new images, html page etc... to give me. Kind Regards, Mike Adams
