1.) Update design with .psd files provided 2.) Insert Flash banners with contents provided

I currently have a web design/ marketing website that I need updates for: 1.) I need a coder to add a User Login area to the website. I have the contents for the "Registration" pages and "Logged in" pages already. The structure is fairly basic (ie: username, password, edit account information, messge mailbox, email notifications, uploading of documents, etc. There is currently an Admin Panel that allows me to upload contents of each web page. I need a new section added to this that allows me to manage the user accounts and message with my clients. 2.) To create the website, I created the pages in .psd format and my previous coder converted all to HTML. I now have an updated homepage and website banner that need to be implemented. I have control over the contents of each page in the Admin Panel and would like that to stay the same. 3.) There will be a flash banner on the homepage and an alternate flash banner (that will be the same) on each additional page. I have the contents for these banner and am looking for a simple fading in/out of photos/text **1.) Coder must give pricing for each number listed above? 2.) Coder must show examples of previous work (login area / Admin preferred) 3.) Coder must have a rating of 9.70 or higher to be considered 4.)
