2 Flash Creations: 1-2 min movie and homepage animation

2 flash creations needed for a website that allows mobile phone users to switch out for their wireless contracts and for others to get in to the remainder of the contract. 1) Create a 1-2 minute movie/cartoon using style and characters similar to: <[login to view URL]> **For full script please see attached document.** 2) see .jpg in attached zip - showing graphic on homepage of website. Need to use this as basis for flash animation in same size as a replacement for homepage to display the same information in better way. This piece should use the same style of animated characters from the first "how it works" demo. This maximum 20 second flash piece should show and illustrate briefly each of the 3 steps, one step at a time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
