convert quicktime movie to flash for website

Hi, I am a small business who has a quicktime movie that I am trying to convert to flash. I need the movie compressed or to use less megs. I currently have taken a 100meg Quicktime movie and encoded it for Flash which took it down to 40meg. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to play. I would like to get the meg much smaller if possible and I would like to get the Flash to work. Currently I cannot play the flash i created. I am looking for 1. A coder to reduce the size of my movie and encode it so that it will be flash movie I can put on the web. 2. I would like the coder to provide step by step instructions so I can learn. I will have more work for the coder....I like to learn stuff too. I am using an apple computer and have Final Cut HD Express and Studio 8 which has Flash. Using those programs is a plus for me. In short, 1. I need a coder to help me select the best way to export and compress the .mov file in Final cut HD express for web usage. 2. I need to encode the file so that is playable in flash, compressed to 320 x 240 small in megs to play on the web. 3. Instruction on how to make the flash conversion actually play on the web when a video button is clicked. (I have the video button on my website already). 4. Instruction to make sure the video is uploaded and plays when someone clicks on the video button. Thanks for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Want the movie to be in both quicktime and flash to work on the web. Prefer coder to be using apple, Final Cut HD express or at least understand the exporting options, and using FLASH
