On our website, [login to view URL], there is a page "Online Quotation" with four sub-pages, asking for details about a removal of household effects. There is a "Submit" button on the fifth page; this requires coding so that the completed pages are sent to our email address and a message given "Thank you for sending your details. We will contact you shortly." In addition to the above, all the data is to be sent as a csv file for processing in a spreadsheet. ## Deliverables This website was fully functional, but following a a change of hosting we lost the coding for the submit button. On the previous website version the button only sent the email with the 5 web pages - the csv file is a new requirement. It is debatable whether it is preferable for you to install the coding for the button, or if I should do it, following your instructions. If you were to do it I would have to give you temporary access to the site. If there is a successful outcome, there is a similar task we need doing on another site
