Video Gallery CMS

We want a CMS platform in C# that manages the website and Video Galleries similar to: <[login to view URL]> with similar but not exactly the functionality described at: <[login to view URL]> and the Backoffice with similar but not exactly the functionality described at (user and password:admin,pass): <[login to view URL]> Our project is different and these are the features we want in addition or instead: 1. Template based pages. Different design for different categories. I will be able to add a design template and assign each page to the template I desire. 2. In addition to the front image in each pixel/square, the customer will have the ability to add a video that will be played by users. 3. Less squares (each square will have to be more than 10px*10px). modulary, I will be able to determin the amount and size of the squares when building the page. 4. Design should be fitted to the Hebrew language, meaning Right to Left pages. All pop ups content and messages to users can be edited to the hebrew language by me. 5. Different Gateway than PayPal . I will send the API needed. Of course payments should be secured. 6. Reacurring payments. Customers could be charged for their square monthly. 7. configurable price per square-I will be able to edit price per square. 8. Newsletter ??" Send personalized emails. I should be able to send emails to customers according to the group they belong to (the name of customer will be planted in the email). The templates should be configurable so I could edit them in the Hebrew language. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
