PHP Programmer required for pay-subscription site

**Experienced PHP/MySQL programmer needed to develop a pay-subscription site.** Site will contain video, images, and content to be updated/uploaded by Admin only. User will pay for a monthly subscription that can be renewable, but only a monthly subscription will be available. Custom gateway may be required along with payment via paypal. Subscriber can also select to be notifified when new content is uploaded. Home page will be mainly static with an upcoming events dynamic area. As this is a subscription pay site, the site must contain high security measures to prevent hacking of passwords. For example, a username/password with multiple logins must be flagged/blocked immediately, or only one user per username/password etc. Our client - the admin user - is not a computer expert, so admin GUI must be intuitive and easy to use. Login via secure web interface. **Technical Requirements: **• 3 years minimum of php/mysql experience • Excellent English communication skills required • 2 pay-for-subscription sites that you have worked on • Clean and well documented code a must • Experience with php code security - site must be as un-hackable as possible ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Any and all completed work done by the Seller is not to be displayed on any portfolio of the Seller's. All work done is under the umbrella of the Buyer's company and as such, the Buyer retains all rights to the completed content. ## Platform Site will be hosted on a Linux platform with MySQL 3 and PHP 5 running on an Apache server.
