Need New Adult Website

I need a whole new site for my candid voyeurism website. I need to have a whole new site redesign and galleries redesign. I need something that can handle thousands of images which I have and I need it very easy for me to add new images. I am only looking to spend $225 on this project and if I like your work you maybe rewarded more projects. Please let me know what type of ideas you have for the galleries and give me a example of what you have in mind.
