Efficient PHP script with MySQL database. The script will be the foundation for a new site where all mixes of genres such as house, trance and techno could be found. This genres have many different mixes and therefore this will be the center for finding new mixes. Visitors should be able to add artists, songs and mixes. It should be possible that they need to be checked for approval before being published. Should be able to comment each artist, song and mix. Visitors should be able to rate artists, songs and mixes. Should state average rating. Algorithm for recommending similar artists, songs and mixes depending on ratiing. ??If you like this song, you’ll probably like this one too?? Mashups. Many mixes are mashups of two songs, should be able to find songs that are mashed up. For instance, if you are on the page for song X and there exists a mash up with X and Y, it should have a link to that mashup/mix. Users should be able to label artist/songs/mixes with genres. What one may think is progressive trance could be tech house. These genres should be presented to the users with the most popular at the top of the list.
