Modfiications to PHP List

I need someone who is familiar with PHP List <[login to view URL]> It is a mail list program, that i have installed and configured but would like to make some simple modifications to do so but lack the php and java skills. Speed is important here so the faster you can complete the job the more likely you will be used. Please only skillful php programmers and people who know phplist well should apply. first modification) I would like to customise the view of the form, so that it looks nicer and fits in with my website. I would like grew rounded rectangles behind the questions and to seperate the questions into groups, ie "study details", "personal details", although the view will be customised I would obviously like the program to continue functioning as normal and store the details in a mysql database. second modification) I would like java script to be used if possible to validate data entered. third modification) I would like to get RSS working, so that I can get feeds of [[login to view URL]][1] autmoatically that will then be sent to subscribed users who have indicated they wish to recieve updates from fox news dot com. Ideally this would happen without my intervention. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
