**Overview**: Client company is building an online portal, [[login to view URL]][1], designed to serve as a key marketing resource for retail chain-store operators. The site will provide the content, tools, and connectivity to enable individual store owners and their employees to increase retail revenue and profits using proven local store marketing strategies contained in the proprietary Turnkey3 Program. The beta version of the website should be available within six weeks of project start.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional membership web site with a buyer-approved design connected to database designed to retain personalized member information.
2) Web site will have fully-coded html pages that display on standard Internet browsers. It will be bug-tested, and stable.
3) Database will reliably store and deliver membership data and personal content.
4) Web site must be installed in ready-to-run condition on buyer's URL, [[login to view URL]][1].
5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
**Functionality**:
1) Password protected membership login. Navigation buttons to "Member Page," "Calendar," "Library", "Products," and "About Turnkey3"
2) Session cookies to track specific member visits, activity, length of activity, number of downloads, and materials ordered from specific partners. These member stats will be displayed on the Member Page.
3) Personalized Member Page that allows individual retail store manager to post a map of his "Trading Area" and the results of his "Trading Area Marketing Survey Profile." The member area can be used simultaneously by the merchant and his manager. (Sample Trading Area map to be provided by client).
4)A member "Monthly Marketing Calendar" displaying one month at a time that allows members to select a specific month from years 2005, 2006, and 2007. This calendar specifies what promotions can be run at a specific time. (Text for calendar entries to be provided by client). Individual members can add notes to the calendar as reminders of their marketing tasks. (Text for task list to be provided by client).
5) A downloadable "Library" of marketing and promotional materials for use with specific campaigns. These materials will consist of customizable templates that are suitable for color printing.
6) An addressable link to Kinko's online stores with email addresses stored in the database and accessed by ZIP code and with options displayed in a pull-down menu. (Sample Kinko's addresses to be supplied by client).
7)Email functionality that allows members to communicate with managers and team members with addresses stored in the database.
8) A navigation link to a Products page that illustrates innovative products available from chainstore suppliers. (Sample content to be provided by client.)
Site design can be derived from approved templates. Content for library, calendar, and survey map will be provided by client. Details and feedback as necessary.
