Jabber Psi Client Modification

This project is to add a functional enhancement to an existing open source Jabber client Psi. We have modified the client to some degree already. The enhancement is to add support for a new iq message type that will update parameters specified in the [login to view URL] file. Detailed specifications are included in the attached. The winning bidder will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement priot to beginning the work. A requirement is that the winning bidder must have access to the QT development environment in order to compile the final product. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) All features of the existing modified IM client must continue to function. b) Compiled version -- not using the evaluation QT compiler c) No installation program is required or desired. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Application must run on Windows 2000 & Windows XP
