MS Excel file parse macro/script

I require someone to write a MS Excel (version MS Office XP 2002 compatible) macro to format the data in the attached spreadsheet. I require the data to be presented as Cost Centre (single cost centre eg. 8221 (note cost centres can be a combination no numbers and letters eg. 83mdc)), Email Address, Cost Centre Manager Eg. 8221 email Jason Abrahams ... 8270 email Tim Atkins 8271 email Tim Atkins 8272 email Tim Atkins 8273 email Tim Atkins 8274 email Tim Atkins 8275 email Tim Atkins 8276 email Tim Atkins 8033 email Leanne Barr The output can be in the same worksheet (to the right of the existing data) or in a new worksheet in the same spreadsheet. Assuming the solution is a macro. The macro needs to be able to be imported into other spreadsheets. The macro needs to run and process all records from the top of the list to the bottom of the list. If it is not possible to do this with a macro then I am open to other solutions, please respond with your proposed method to process these records.
