CSS Website Template Layout

Web template creation with very specific requirements: First, please see the attached excel file for what the page should look like. Logo files are attached- use the one that fits best. The website should: Be done in CSS- no tables Be compliant and display correctly in firefox, IE, and safari Use a separate linked style sheet Use the photo as a guide/placeholder- I will supply the actual photos, and each page will have a slightly different one. Text should expand or contract to flow around image, and below image should span entire width of box not including padding/spacing. Use verdana font. Use no underline text links on the top navigation, and blue links with underline for the body. The two bottom corners should include a matching color rounded graphic image to make them appear rounded. The background color should be: 3333CC to match logo, green bar 006600. The main box should be 600-700 pixels wide, and centered on the page, with the ability to stay centered regardless of monitor/screen settings. Please feel free to post any suggestions for improvements within the context of the design already presented. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS, HMTL, compliant an consistent appearance across all major browsers.
