Feeds Module - create a feed import with Rules

We need a Drupal7 module that allows Us to create a feed via rules. Rules module - [login to view URL] feed module - [login to view URL] an example should make clear what we want. example: New taxonomy term is saved. Rule: If a new taxonomy term is saved , with some conditions, then create a new node of content type "timport" and fill the the url with "http.//[login to view URL]" content type "timpot" is used by a feed importer as source. See the attached image, that make clear what is needed. It is not a simple link field, the feeds "URL field" in the node is not available in rules at the moment. That is what we need: the feeds URL field should be available in rules to create feed import on rules events / actions. We provide: Testing enviroment (ftp access and drupal admin access) You should have: Good drupal and rules expierence You can develop and test locally. Please no bids, on this project, when you have not the know how. This project is very tricky. Milestones: 50% milestone - work is bascically done, first test is good. other 50 % milestone - Testing in Test eviroment is ok and in production enviroment it works too.
