This project requires:
1. Time
2. Bandwidth (decent internet connection)
This project is to go through 1124 PDF files (1.23GB of data), read what the file is and rename the file indicating what the file is in the format that I provide to the winning bidder.
Due to the size of this files involved, the files will be downloaded from my website for work to be done, and then uploaded to an FTP account I will provide upon completion (my site is on a T3+ line). Progress and completion will be tracked on RAC through screenshots (i.e. upload your screenshot to RAC upon completion).
For example:
Shall be renamed "SNAPPER - IPL - TWO STAGE LARGE FRAME SNOW THROWER SERIES 6 - 8246 9266 9266E E9266 11306 [login to view URL]"
Also, the TITLE of each PDF file will be changed. The title will be the same as the new filename without the .PDF extension.
So for the above example, the title property of the PDF file would be changed to: "SNAPPER - IPL - TWO STAGE LARGE FRAME SNOW THROWER SERIES 6 - 8246 9266 9266E E9266 11306 E11306".
Also, the Author property will be changed to the brand of equipment. For the above example, the author would be: Snapper.
Possible free software to use on this project would be Adobe reader and PDF995 (see [login to view URL]).
Please post any questions you have about this project.
EDIT:
I wanted to note that this is about a 10 hour job if you can complete 2 files per minute. Some folks are bidding a little high.
