We require in C++ (Microsoft Visual Studio C++ v7.1 .NET 2003 but must not use any .net code) a control which we can place in our app which has a vertical scroll bar (must be compatible with XP Themes etc. using manifests)
This control will show thumbnails of images which will be calculated from bitmap files on the hard disk. Each thumbnail must have a name below it which comes from the filename (but does not include the file extension).
If you right click a thumbnail a popup menu must appear (with the code prepared to demonstrate how to do this) with various options the user can select
Bitmaps can be either portrait or landscape and must be scaled accordingly to show the correct aspect ratio
All code must be created in the following files and be fully commented to explain what is happening

PS: Code must be compatible with Windows 9x, ME, 2000, 2003 and XP
