Script or program to apply effects to screenshots

Hi, I need a Linux program or script wich can convert a normal screenshot to a screenshot which can be placed on our website. See [login to view URL] for an example. We need this program or script to add some kind of ripped and shadow effect as can be shown on the example above. It does not matter if it works automatically on the command line, or needs the user to make a selection as the end result is as nice as the example provided. Extension to existing Linux Graphical editors are allowed too, as long as the operation is simple and the screenshot can be converted in a couple of seconds. The background color should be configurable Applying other effects is not needed. When bidding, please specify the tools you will use. If you need additional information, please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux (Fedora Core 6), all open source libraries provided in the normal repositories are allowed to use. Input for the program or script can be .png, .jpg or .gif, output should be .png.
