Ringtone and Picture Uploader for Samsung Mobile Phone

Need someone to write _functions_ or _ActiveX_ component that enables communication with **_all model_** of _Samsung Mobile Phone_, especially for new models (such as V200, C100, E700, S500, S100, N6XX etc). This component _will be used in VB6_ program. The main feature of this function/component is to upload **Ringtone** (in MMF format) and **Picture** (in JPG format) to Samsung Mobile Phone with Serial Data Cable and Infrared/Irda (when mobile phone have it). Another features are : - Detect phone model - Read phone IMEI - Returns process result (Failed or Succeeded) You may write it in any programming language but it _must be able to be called in VB6_.
