VC++ MFC DLL to read data from a PHP page

Here is the description. we have a php page with information which needs to be read in a VC++ MFC DLL. From the DLL, this info should be passed to MQ4 (Metatrader), Any help on the MQ4 prgramming can be assisted by me, so the main important thing is to retrieve the information from PHP page to the dll. For example A PHP page would have infor Name : Vinod Age : 27 This info should be pulled in by a DLL and then from the DLL the info Vinod, 27 should be sent to MQ4 file.
