What we are trying to do here is to build a VC++ application that will scan, identify and report information on all new files, objects, DLLs, exes, ocx, registry entries etc. created by the installation of a new application on a computer. When I install any new application from some setup on my computer and I scan my computer with the proposed new application, it should be able to track all the new values added to my system, in terms of files and registry entries and when it lists the the newly added files it should also report the the MD5sum(check winMD5sum) of each of the newly added files. Once these files are listed it should list all file properties as well such as time of creation , owner's name, company name etc. and I should be able to export the report to a text file and also be able to delete all those entries. The application should be able to add initial and trailer strings to each entry found. This will be defined in the application settings, which will be in some kind of GUI instead of an ini file. The scan operation has to be manually controlled, so a user interface is necessary with some basic GUI to initiate the scan and obtain the desired report. My intention is that when I install any application on my computer, I will be able to scan my computer with the proposed new application, track and identify all new exe, dlls, ocx, files etc. installed and registry entries created, obtain report on the newly installed file/object properties including date and time of creation, name of company etc., obtain the MD5sum values of installed objects, export complete report in text format and finally be able to delete the new entries/files/objects to return the system to its original clean condition. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VC++
