Create simple formula to simplify LARGE number in .NET

Hello, we are creating math calculating software and we need some one who is familiar with mathematics and .NET. We would like to have an algorithm which would create a simple short math function which when evaluated can result in the original number. So for example the argorithm would create a math function such as (4324.554^3+(4234/5+66666.00)) and so on.. We are looking for a argorithm which can be quick and very precise since it will be used for graphing. The coder must show me he understand mathemetics and the coder with the lowest bid wins. The code must be written in C#.NET or C++.NET.
