I`m looking for a programm which places bets automatically in two cases. The case should be a sure arbitrage opportunity when a market is over-round or under-round. When the this arbitrage trade was succesfull (profit & all bets matched) it should go on. If not it try to get out of the trade with zero profit or a predefiend loss. If this is not possible it should give an alert to the user. The Programm should halt after a specific maximum loss amount The second case is that a in a market are only two possible events eg in a tennis match there are two scenarios player 1 wins or player 2 wins. You can to choose one of two events (player1 or player2) and generate a bet for the other event. If this bet is matched it places a second bet in the first event. If it is possible I don`t want to use the api connection because of its high monthly fees. If you know any other possibility i would prefer it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
