SQL DB

I have excel macros that import simple ascii raw files and make alot of calculations with them, save the results in new excel already designed templates using excel macros. This requires alot of space and consumes alot of resources. I want to change this to have: 1)SQL database that will perform the same functionality of the calculations. The coder should be able to understand the VBscript in the excel macros and modules and trasform this in a well designed relational SQL 2000 database. I can provide the input raw files, output excel sheets and the macros when I see sample of the coder previos work with summery and time frame expectations. 2) ASP scripts to link that DB to a web site with full explanation and how to make it work. I want the users to be able to edit, make custom quries, make small output files that update its values from the SQL se4rver whenever the user open the brower. Also the ASP has to to have some features like save the quries , add users to have a login and password so next time they login they can find the same customed reports with the new data. PLEASE.
