PDG Commerce Administrator/Troubleshooting/Management

We have 2 websites running PDG Commerce 5.0 software. I need someone to take over the maintenance of these 2 websites. Note that one of the sites will be going off line in the coming weeks, but maintenance of this site must continue until that time. Please carefully read the below requirements. It is important that you have the skills needed but also abide by the specific set of requirements of documentation and billing for your time. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who can respond to requests within hours. Work will be sporadic at times, but we expect regular updates, troubleshooting, maintenance. Skills: You must have at least 1-2 years experience with PDG Commerce You must have at least 2 years with either PHP or ASP or preferably both You must know HTML You must speak and communicate in English You should have a very good understanding of eCommerce You have some experience with QucikBooks and the Intuit line of POS software You must be able to respond to any open request within 12-24 hours, preferably within 6-12 hours. If you are not going to be available for an extended time (vacation), you must let us know at least 1 week, preferably 2 weeks prior to this period for planning purposes. You will be responsible for maintaining 2 websites running PDG Commerce 5.0. You will be responsible for any changes to the look and feel, changes to categories, changes to products. You will be called upon to troubleshoot issues with the software. You will maintain and troubleshoot any issues with the connectivity to the Intuit POS system. You will need to write detailed reports of your work, and steps taken to troubleshoot and fix any issues. Documentation is extremely important. You will be expected to hit the ground running. You must detail your experience with PDG Commerce when responding to this project request. Please include any sites you have worked on and any references you may have. Also include any other experience you feel is relevant to this project. We will pay hourly. A detailed invoice each week/month must be included. We expect full honesty and integrity. If you feel you are the right person for this job, please bid. We are looking for the right combination of skills and attitude. We are expecting a quick decision as to who we hire. We currently have an issue with sales not transferring into the Intuit POS system which is causing delays in fulfilling customer orders. This will be the 1st task for you to troubleshoot and fix. This is considered an emergency.
