Need to design a homepage for a car advertising site

I need a web designer who will design a homepage/look for a car lease transfer site. I will then plan to use this homepage/look and code the rest of the site myself. I will provide the web designer with? a sketch of the layout of the homepage and what I want it to look like (not the exact layout, just a sketch). To give you a bit more info - The site will provide a marketplace for people looking to transfer their car lease and those who want to take over a car lease. The web designer does not need any special knowledge of web programming languages, he just needs to have very good html skills and excellent graphic design skills. I need the homepage to look really nice. On the left there will be a navigation menu with links (I will provide the details), on top another navigation menu with links home, find lease, sell lease etc. etc. on the right there will be a box for featured leases and in the middle there will be a couple images (1st image: Get in and Get Out with cars underneath each of this text; 2nd image: process of lease takeover); I will provide more details in the sketch In the meantime, for some ideas check out? <[login to view URL]>? <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]>
