Google Map Search Results - Real Estate Feature

I need someone to replicate a google mapping feature: Here is the website with the feature we want to replicate: [login to view URL] FYI: they use Yahoo maps. We want to use Google maps. Our Need: I have a search results feature already built on my real estate website. A user is able to locate real estate properties according to it's geographic location (city and state / zip code). When our users perform a city search (or zip code search), we can get the properties to be displayed. But, my team of programmers and I don't know how to get the results to show up on the google map in the top right corner. Also, we want each property to be clearly identified on the google map with a specific number (1 or 2 or 3, etc). FYI: I have latitude and longitude for each property that shows up in our search results (as well as the street address, city, and state). So, if you can work with my team and help them get our search results to show up on a google map....that would be great! Please see the attachment for further clarification.
