Facebook Radio Widget and Song Upload Website

I need a Facebook widget that plays random songs that were uploaded to a song repository. I also need a web-site built that allows artist to upload their songs and create a small profile. The site also must link to PayPal and allow people to purchase songs and ringtones from the site. The I need the following created: (1) Website for Independent artist/music profiles (2) All necessary graphics, navigation,Shopping Cart and upload capabilities for the web-site (3) I need a facebook widget that links to the web-site and continously plays songs from a selected music genre's (4) I need the facebook widget to allow users to vote on a song (Does this suck or does this song not suck) (5) The main page of the website will have the rankings of all the songs in each particular music genre (6) Web-site and Widget will be intergrated with google adSense for advertising revenue's. (7) The web-site will be a scaled down replica of [login to view URL] with the added ability of sending purchased songs to the users cell phone via text message or which ever method works best. Ultimately the widget will play a random songs from independent artists based on the music genre you select.
