Backlink Management & Controlling Tool

I need a web based tool for managing Backlinks that are created by our linkbuilders. Tool needs to have the function to add users, change roles, create projects, set timelines, reporting, all created backlinks need to be checked min. 2 times a day, also if the a attribute nofollow is used i want to have an admin menu where i can see all created links, all sites where backlinks can be created, give jobs to my linkbuilders etc etc. completely web based php & mysql preferred, running on a server, admin menu, i also want to have the chance to send out automated reports to my customers. i want to have the chance to define the type of a link, import & export data, overview etc etc etc..
