375101 Coupon Creator and Manager

II am looking to create a module for another website that will allow me to develop and manage coupons in a windows base template style. Additionally we will need to incorporate the ability to control how many coupons are printed by each email address. I am looking to have a Squeeze page prior to coupon access and will need to allow for that and have you create that for us also. We could possibly use the Microsoft Active X printer to control the printed quantity. We will be offering coupons from an unlimited number of client that will pay us when each coupon is printed so we need to track the printing by customer, by city and by state. We will have clients in only the 50 US states and cities that we will determine. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
