I am looking for a good PHP developer/coder who love to write his/her own custom code in PHP. He/she needs to be available online daily minimum 5 hours per day from GMT onwards. Skype and Gtalk will be the medium of communication. My time zone is GMT (GMT+1 in winter) Work will be provided in full project or task basis. Payment only by monthly accumulated earnings. Paypal and/or Freelancer escrow service will be used. Online Communication time will not considered as chargeable amounts, it means time of project discussions to provide the project details, bug reporting, task explanations etc. before and after the task/project work will not be considered as part of development hours. Full time hiring will be possible after working with selected candidates and seeing their coding abilities. Individuals are preferred but Companies are also welcome to provide their proposals. Thanks
