Optimizing photos

Hi, We are a real estate company. In order to improve our marketing we wishes to increase the level/quality of our photos, that are meant to be published on the web and in newspapers. It will typically be a matter of optimizing colours, contrast and make the sky (outdoor pictures) blue. It is important that the pictures keep a natural look. A case is typically 10 photos +/-. Therefore please put your price per case or per single foto. If you deliver a good product we will consider to use you as a permanent partner, which can range from 1-5 cases per week. We need a delivery time on MAX 2 days. (1 day is prefered) We have uploaded two pictures of the same house. Our problem is as illustrated at the poor example that we in the winther period are "forced" to use very "boring" pictures. Therefore we need you to make our poor photos (poor example) look like the good example.
