All changes are pretty much done just only need to emphasise one of the eye which is the side where the hand is placed on face. The upper eyelid of that eye that needs changing looks darker in comparison to the other eye. If could please make less darker in between top of eye and eyelid. My background is Filipino mixed with a bit of Spanish and Italian so if could make my eyes still look like me but the more Italian and Spanish side version of me. Keep in mind this is the only photo I have so if not clear and is blurry could pls make or change it to as clear as possible everywhere on pic especially the face. As this picture is going on to the biggest digital billboard In Melbourne, Vic. Australia city. Pls change the image format to 672 wide by 1008 high pixels and billboard size is 8.78M X 13.7M Needs to be in MP4 so pls send to me few files that covers image format, billboard size, MP4 and in high resolution pic quality form. I need this done urgently and completed in less than 5hrs from now but need the changes done properly in a very professional manner as pic going on billboard!
