73873 Freelancers/Scriptlnce Install

We need a truly fully configured and setup installation - including some limited perl code, and site customizations in html / website design/layout after installation. We need a *full* 'dry run' testing of the installed script and all it's screens and functions after customizations. Prefer prior installation experience of Freelancers 2.5 / Scriptlance script.
