Hello, I am currently in a legal suit with my condo and reading a book entitled “Represent Yourself in Court.” The book advises on getting a “Legal Coach” for a better understanding of some of the procedures and/or a Paralegal to help craft motions with case law. In addition to me reading the book I have also been involved in 2 civil suits before and from that experience have a pretty good understanding of the system. In short, I have some grievances with the condo and stopped paying my maintenance and they have now sued me and I filed a counter suit and an additional complaint for breach of fiduciary responsibilites on the condo board. So in short I am look for someone to "coach" me along the way (I am aware only a lawyer can give legal advice). I will file all papers and will take 100% full responsibility of whatever the outcome. I am an entrepreneur and pick up things REALLY QUICKLY – so if this sounds like something you can assist with let me know. Thank you in advance.
